Berķene Manor is one of the smallest manors in Zemgale, and its history dates back to 1462. The current manor house was built in 1819 in early classicism style. Here the present is closely linked to the history – you can look up the authentic diary of the manor manager, learn everything about the life at the manor at the end of the 19th century and hear stories of its rebirth in the 21st century.
