Premises:
The house can accommodate up to 11 people. Also suitable for families with small children, as safety gates are installed at the stairs. A baby cot is available.
On the ground floor there is a living room combined with a kitchen. It has everything you need – tableware, a microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. There is also a shower room and separate toilet.
The second floor has three separate bedrooms and a bathroom (WC, shower). On this floor, there is an exit to the terrace, which offers a wide view of the scenic plains and Nākotnes parks. There is a 1960s Soviet-era ship’s lantern on the terrace.
Outside the house, there is a gazebo with table and benches, barbecue facilities, a small children's playground and free parking. And not far from the house, there are three old aircraft, which are freely available for viewing.
Prices:
- 180 EUR/day (March 1 - September 30)
- 160 EUR/day (October 1 - February 28)

- coffee, tea, drinking water;
- towels, shampoos, soap;
- charcoal for grilling, grill starter liquid
For an additional fee:
- accommodation with pets;
- sauna with a hot tub;
- a guided tour to Nākotnes parks.
