Zīlēni is the family house of the outstanding painter Ģederts Eliass and here you can learn about two brothers - painters Kristaps un Ģederts Eliass. There are exhibits of the replicas of Ģederts Eliass' paintings. The house is situated in a beautiful Zemgale landscape, with the largest and strongest ash-tree in the Baltics in the yard. A variety of cultural and art activities take place here.
